Energize Celebration & Fundraiser

Thank you to everyone who came out to the Hall on April 19 to celebrate progress on our Energize The Hall campaign, and to kickstart fundraising for new windows & doors.

We had a packed house, and raised almost $7,000 through donations, drink sales, and the silent auction!

As a reminder, we are hoping to install new, energy-efficient windows and doors at the Hall in the coming years.

With 28 single-paned windows wrapping around four walls, we lose a lot of heat. We have worked with energy-efficiency experts to develop a plan that calls for better-insulated windows and doors. Newer double-paned windows will also be safer in the event of breakage, and should cut down on sound coming from outside. We expect the total cost of these replacements to be between $30-40,000 and will make progress in stages as we have funding.
