Clinton Hall Annual Member Meeting – Nov. 30

It’s time for our Annual Membership meeting on November 30th. We’d love to have you join us and participate in your community hall. We’re providing the pizza and salad…. you bring a dessert to share.

We welcome your ideas as we make plans for 2018. There will be recap of last year’s accomplishments and the election of 3 Executive Committee positions.

November 30, 2017 @ 6pm for pizza. Bring a dessert to share before the annual meeting starts at 6:30pm

Our slate of executive committee members to elect:

Kathy Craven
Kathy has been serving as the Secretary of the Clinton Progressive Association for the past year. Kathy is co-owner of Craven Insurance and has been an integral part of the community for over 10 years participating in a variety of Clinton Chamber activities and the Community Council along with her volunteer work with Community Hall events and executive committee. Kathy is nominated for a second 2-year term on the Executive Committee.

Gretchen Schlomann
Currently serving as treasurer for the Clinton Progressive Association, Gretchen has been a resident of Clinton for 9 years and an active member of the hall since joining the executive committee in 2016. For seven years she was co-owner of Fern Ridge Alpacas, served for several years on the Whidbey Island Farm Tour committee and the Clinton Chamber of Commerce.  Nominated to serve a second 2-yr term on the Executive Committee.

Jim Swan
Jim and his wife, Christina, moved to Clinton in 2012 from Dallas/Fort Worth. Jim retired from Boeing this past year and has recently received his Amateur Radio license. He has been a sustaining volunteer with the monthly library used book sales, has been Santa at the Clinton Holiday Market, helps with the Clinton Chamber’s Easter Egg Hunt and the Clinton Community Picnic. Jim sees direct involvement with the Hall as a natural fit.

Nominated for his first 2-yr term on the Executive Committee.

 

Continuing executive committee members are: Catherine Billera, Michael Clyburn, Chris Patterson, Victor Ramos.
