The Clinton Library once again is presenting a fall festival with “The Bat Lady” at 1 pm, followed by 2 hours of fun family activities such as carving and decorating pumpkins, painting spider webs and face painting with Carla Walsh and felting with Cordula Hetland. Decorations and refreshments will add to the festivity.
